How to join LWV or update your membership
ChaperSpot – the New System for Membership Data and Dues Payments
 | LWV US has a new national system called ChapterSpot for LWV membership records and dues collection. |
Members can maintain and update their own records and pay their dues online (with a manual option for those who do not want to use the online process).
Member email addresses are the primary identifier for record keeping and logging onto the new system. All memberships are individual.
Dues are flexible, with a recommended level of $75 per year, but members can join with dues set at a minimum of $20. Members can pay higher dues if they are able.
Dues reminders will be sent by the system near the member’s renewal date (one year from the last dues payment). You can pay anytime, and the membership will be extended for a year from the last payment.

If you prefer to pay offline, you may still mail a check to our PO Box, and we can forward it to LWV US for processing.
If you want to donate to LWV Clermont County, you may do that online or send a check to our PO Box. If you want to make a tax-deductible gift to our Education Fund, you need to use the mail option so it can be recorded correctly.
